Also of note: There is no 1st Tier Commendation Pack, only the Gift Pack and 2nd and 3rd Tier Commendation Packs if going by the Operation description, confirmed by Bryan.

how many packs are we supposed to be receiving? 3 commendation and 1
gift? Or 2 commendation and 1 gift? I've only received a gift and 2
commendation (silver & plat extractions). Getting confused by the op
