Playing the new dlc (newgame+) as Adept on Insanity, is there supposed to be no medi-gel in the beginning of the game? as i had to make some crazy moves to make it thru the first long hallway, with limited ammo and all enemy's having shields, had to reload a few times to survive lol.

Ps: the difficulty it self is fine, it's Insanity after all hehe
