We know that there's no more planned SP/MP DLC content, but have you guys left the door open for patches?

Eric Fagnan (one of the gameplay designers) reportedly has said that there are no further patches planned.
If it's broken now (like the issue of weapon upgrades not always unlocking when you pick up mods in single-player), it's almost certain to be broken forever.
