 hum. I don't see that option so there is no option to call her up. I did my play right before you hit his base so not sure if there is one or not

I didn't get an invite Ash option either...just the scene taking shots at the bar...

What part of the game are you in and did you do any regular missions?
I have invites just not ash and she is holding hands right at the end of the DLC and when you board the normandy. Odd, not sure what's up here

and we are talking post party not the invite to the party option, romance one.

Kaidan only has an invite (I seriously wandered around the dumb strip for an hour trying to find a prompt for him). James and EDI also seemed to be invite-only.

Garrus, Sam, and Steve didn't get invites (they were just available around the strip).

Or this is the standard BW treatmend - nah. I hope it's not. And in case it's a bug, some smart brain - like the guy doing MEHEM - will fix it one day.

I romanced her, didnt see a way to invite.  Maybe i missed something.

Either that button is missing (can be fixed) or the entire invitation (can't be fixed). I hope it's the first case.

Does she not have romance content when you meet her on the strip?

I don't think there's two meetings for anybody; they either show up in one of the hub areas or have to be invited to the apartment (that's how it was for me—Sam, Steve, and Garrus were on the strip, and Kaidan, James, and EDI had to be invited over; I don't think I ever even saw Liara afterward, come to think of it).

You should get an email from her, (going by kaidan romance here, figure it might be the same) when you do, there should be the option to invite when you click the email terminal first on the left. It lets you invite all squad members that ask to meet up at the apartment.

Big question is: who can be invited and who can't be - and why?

My hopes are for a bug that can be fixed, means, it's just a missing button, while the scenes are still ingame.

Ummm... You can call Steve and he comes with James to watch "football" and drink some bear with Shep. You also can invite Sam and she of course is interested of hottub, jumps right in.

And here I was hoping with talk of this DLC being all about your squadmates and relationships, they'd finally address the huge, gaping hole that became of my friendship with Ashley. Hopefully this is some kind of bug, otherwise I guess a minute-long drinking game is as good as it gets. :/

I'm wondering if the invites are acting weird cause they are based on some sort of timer. There's a Miri thread that is also basically asking these same questions.

I must admit it took me a while to find it, one thing that I hated was lack of direction, I spent most of the time trying to figure out where I was supposed to go to meet anyone.
