Well, looks like the big decision person(s) in BW simply hate Ash, I guess.

Sure, others got worse. Then again: Ashley got the worst out of the "main romances" (Liara, Kaidan, Garrus, Tali) in the entire series. Like usual. Which simply fortifies the idea BW either doesn't like her or doesn't respect her fans. Take a pick. Are we really THAT few?

Doesn't matter, ME3 is done, and at least we got some last lines with our favorite character. Haters won, like usual. Time to move on.

Liara - Invited to apartment, piano conversation.
Joker - Wrex is at the casino bar, same for Joker.
 
Miranda - Invited to apartment, conversation by window.
Miranda - Met at casino for date.
Jacob - Met at arcade, played that punchy robot game.
Mordin - Dead in this playthrough, but got some amusing audio files sent to me after the party.
Jack - Email get from her saying meet at arena for match then asks to be invited to apartment later by email.
Grunt - Bailing him out after his Big Night Out.
Thane - Memorial service with Kolyat, videos from thane given to you to watch during  memorial.
Samara - Invited to apartment, talked about stuff.
Legion - Dead, no references either.
Kasumi - No email, but a random encounter in Casino upon discovering a "Suspicious object" at side of bar.
Zaeed - No email, but a random encounter playing the claw game in the arcade.
Kelly Chambers - email thanking you for everything done but doesnt show up in dlc, she gets mention from traynor when traynor invited to apartment and mentions kelly left her stuff at the hot tub

Vega - Invited to apartment, tattoo talk and pull-ups.
Cortez - Met on strip, joyride in car.
Vega & Cortez - Invited to apartment, watching the game.
Traynor - Met in arcade, playing "Space Chess"
Traynor - Invited to apartment, hot tub.
EDI - Invited to apartment, shopping.

All of them I could invite to party except kelly, kolyat and the dead ones like thane, morinth and mordin, legion in mine those ones are dead. Obviously kaiden and ashely is dependant on who died for you in ME1 etc.

That... sums it up perfectly. Kaidain-mancers got exclusive sceens and we get one line of dialogue.

In retrospect, her romance-exclusive treatment wasn't disappointing. You at least wake up next to her after the party. You get to take her on a date during the main story, you get to see her in a DRESS! It is even implied that there will be "business first, pleasure later." She is with you in the group photo and is on your arm as you board the Normandy at the DLC's end.

It was a good sending off, I thought... there could have been more. I personally would've liked to hear more poetry... and maybe even share a prayer with her. But I guess that's usually the case with a character that you love.

At least we still have the pre-kronos station scene and the scene in the EC. I think, when we take into account all of the other things we have with her, it was... good enough.

Wait, hang on: to explore the ENTIRE DLC you basically need to start it quite early? Hmmm ... *scratches chin*

I think Ashley's romance got locked in after the job on the Quarian Homeworld, means, in the last third of the vanilla game. Thanks to all those new DLCs that last third is almost as long as the first half *g* - well, I think you get the idea.

For the full party experience AND Ash locked in as romance (which might be the reason why she's rescueing my Shep in my playthrough right after the Sushi Restaurant) I need to save up enough small missions? Lemme check: I still have left Thessia and Sanctuary as primary missions before the finale. Not sure if there are any smaller jobs left, but if I'm out of small missions, I might need to replay this Shepard and leave enough secondary missions for the full crew.

BTW: Am I the only one who sees Brooks as the dark, racist Ashley a lot of people see in the real one? Or is it just me. I mean, the armor, the type of woman - everything screams "evil Ashley". Maybe I'm just seeing stuff.


Well, at least some bugs got fix'd - right?
Also I think we got a hint of the real Ash back. You know - the one who wants Shepard to do twenty. And all the sexy jazz. Damn fine woman.

Reading some of the other romance scene for characters I don't think we did badly at all. Always nice to have more though.

Which is a reskinned version of fem!Shep's dress. Well, it's sexy and Ash can show her muscles to random guards.

Must say, my Shepard (I) felt -really- jealous. Had to do 182 to get off that feeling ^^

I mean, they -really- look the same in the first second!

The absence of an Ashley personal invite was a huge buzzkill. At least I now know I don't even have to bother searching for it.

Not sure what for, because I didn't do a single outside mission during the DLC and I was able to see all the encounters(this was before Cerb. HQ).

I had only personal invite options for EDI and James, and random location meetings with Cortez, Traynor, Javik and Garrus, as well as that (very easy to miss) run in with Kasumi in the casino.

I searched the entire area and no sign of an interaction with Ashley, nor anything to do with Jack, Grunt or Jacob, who are all alive in my game and have had their ME3 side quests and meet-ups completed.

However, based on that tweet from Weekes I'm going to do a few Quarian/Geth missions and see if more meetings pop up back on the Strip.
