I've completed Lodestar (normal), and got the commendation pack/banner from that. But at no time was I given a commendation pack for the first teir reward (extract on any difficulty). Anyone else has this happen yet?
I mean, I don't exactly mind losing out on one pack since I'll, hopefully (never really done Plat before), be getting the insanity pack as well.

In any case, thanks BioWare for making this a great operation!
