"We -are- working on it. We're communicating that as much as we are able to. It is in the final stages of testing as of end of day today. We're close."
So, if it's in QA/Testing, then the DLC release could be this week, or it could be another week or two (if BW is trying to do a coordinated release on three platforms, and if the consoles need another review cycle by MS/Sony).
Don't hold your breath, in other words, but keep your eyes open.
