It was quite easy even geth/collectors with random pugs, Firebase Giant, hold out at the LZ
the team required.
Geth Juggernaut -
The key to the team, pray he/she knows how to play it, has geth turret for shield & hopefully shotgun (claymore) with melee build which is a good sign.
Geth Trooper -
2nd key player - stay behind the crate with your right arm exposed flaming all the things! Full barrier, hunter mode not required as it makes it too squishy aslong as all power damage passives selected + tech engineering 15% 4th gear item. Reegar carbine ultimate cheese with shredder amp/ammo clip + warp/incendiary though not really required.
3rd/4th character -
Drell infiltrator/Any infiltrator perhaps- Recon mine most useful.
Volus even, Demolisher Engineer - worked quite well against Geth with all the arc grenades. Another Geth trooper or vorcha?
Infact the 4th player on one game was alsmost useless and still managed quite comfortably with Geth Jugg, Geth Trooper & some infiltrator.

2 hours straight plus a few extra plats to get some extra money. Helped a few friends too get their's as well.I also did plats in pug's.

I pug Platinum on PC quite regularly, I didn't have any troubles getting Insanity, I just kept my final choice for kit to take dependent upon what I was paired with. Wound up tanking twice unsurprisingly, healing once on my Volus, and wiped the board with an AIU for the last game. Was fun.

I have clocked more Platinum games since this started then when this level came out:) Have helped 37 players through insanity so far, some one or two factions, many all four. List is getting smaller, 7 more players to do, then for me I think I will spend some quality time in gold:)

Met some super people from BSN, was able to add a few of them for future games, really enjoyed this event.

The problem I run into is the others run Rambo and die. If I could get a group to just stick with the tank(s) and we could make it.

Before all of you pros go aggro on me and scream how you can solo Uranium blindfolded with only a stick, pugs can't usually solo platinum, so they don't need to run off like that.

I'm at 75% on insanity. I have no idea how I got here, but am going to push on to the end in about an hour.

Okay, I have only been able to complete 1 Platinum, and its due to the "lost connection" crap that BIOWARE/EA screws us with. I have tried 3 times to play and I can't finish due to "lag" and its not my connection. ITS NOT MY END, ITS YOUR CHEAP CRAP! It works fine in Gold or below. Not a single "lost connection" in months and now it drops only in Platinum every other match.

Finished the challenge, but it reaffirmed to me that I hate platinum difficulty. I can do it but I don't enjoy it at all. Can't imagine I'll be playing much more platinum again, unless another future challenge requires it.

Really, really wanted to try for this, but my only plat foray ended with 3 teammates being synch killed on wave 3 (I couldn't missile the banshees fast enough) and me unable to solo. I managed to finish the escort objective though so we got paid, 18K... I have not had the time to devote to it this weekend, so I'll have to leave it. On the up side, I am now pretty comfortable in gold!

Well done for those who did it and those that helped!

I like Gold and below, but all I get is frustration from Platinum. That last group was working great, but then its "lost connection". Its either a bad group or lost connection virtually every time. Screw Platinum, I'm just gonna run Gold from now on. I have logged over 289 hours and Platinum still eludes me. Oh, well, I think I can solo Gold with my Juggy build, so I think I'll make that my goal. Screw Platinum.
