Does anyone know whether or not it would be possible to have a mod that works audio around to make it appear the party occured after priority earth? I apoligize if this comes off as a dumb question.

I'm not sure what you're asking. Do you want the NPCs in the party scene to say things that make it seem like the ending has already happened? If so I think that's exceedingly difficult if not impossible. Most of the modding seems to be manipulating elements that already exist rather than creating new elements (other than textures). So to add new dialogue seems off the table.
I don't know about deleting dialogue, you may be able to deactivate certain conditionals that trigger dialogue options. There is a mod in the gallery of ME3explorer page where Thane does his shadowboxing every time you encounter him, so I know dialogue conditionals are editable. You could take the route of deleting dialogue that talks about the reaper war, just be sure you don't delete anything essential that moves the mission along or could be a trigger dialogue of some sort.
If it's that you want to swap the scenes around so that you do priority:earth and then the party scene toggles that might be doable but I'm not sure.
I'm not the expert, but from the limited amount I understand from reading on the ME3explorer page and such, it seems theoretically possible I think, but maybe not with the tools currently available.
It definitely wouldn't be a quick fix like slapping a new texture on an existing mesh would be or anything like that. I don't really know if it would be possible through sequence modding or something, I don't know the scope of sequence modding. But you may be able to alter the trigger that is toggled by the end of priority: earth so that it triggers the party scene instead of the normal ending or credits or whatever happens there, and then have the party scene trigger the credits or whatever.
Anyways, obviously I don't know much but until someone who does answers... I can at least say that it probably wouldn't be easy or quick.
