Since the character forum is closed, I'm wondering what all the other Miranda and Shepard fans thought of the romance content in the DLC. I was really expecting something minimal, sort of like a touch and go treatment for ME2 characters. However, I ended up finishing the DLC with a couple of tears streaming down my cheek. I was pleasantly surprised and satisfied with Shepard and Miranda's interaction.

I remember the days when a couple of us here in BSN sent posters to Merizan and Priestly under the #FindMiranda banner as a way to show some love for our favorite Cerberus cheerleader. Thanks to everyone at BioWare for giving Miranda and Shepard time for themselves! In addition, it's quite cool to see her interact with all the other characters.

Loved the paragon interrupt when she visits the apartment :) Her conversation with Jack was very entertaining! Miranda teasing Shepard while dancing. Waking up beside Miranda... how cool is that right?? Talking to Miranda by the Normandy docks was one of the sweetest scenes. When Shepard says "the best" you can hear his voice crack <3 Lastly, Miranda and Shep in the casino was nice too!

I am so glad Miri got a lot of stuff in this, I felt like she was really shafted in the main game, same with Jack.

I absolutely loved her content.

Not a single mention of Oriana, Miranda and Shepard moments that don't focus on anything but them and their lives and friends. I loved it.

The goodbye at the Normandy docks was touching and I now have added similar goodbyes for every time Shepard leaves the Citadel. This DLC was perfection.

I remember when my nagging created the more Miranda banner.

But yes that warm feeling I'm having in my chest is because of the content and not a potential heart attack.

DAT............DRESS.

The Miranda/Shepard scenes are great.

The apartment scene is fun, I like the paragon interrupt :).

As for the casino one : she looks stuning with this red dress. I like the conversation : this is what I expected to happen just after the romance scene in the original game.  I like the fact that they consider and talk about their future together.

But once again I miss her as a squadmate and I wish I could chose her for the undercover mission.

Yes, for once Miranda doesn't talk about Oriana, Illusive Man, her father, or that chip!! I should have taken more pictures, but I was too busy absorbing and feeling all fuzzy inside that I forget. I do have some pictures and I want to share it, but people might be mad that I'm spoiling even if does say we can have spoilers here.

Yes, Taboo DAT DRESS!! However, DAT SCENE where you wake up with Miranda... winner!

That dress actually isn't red. It's blushing because of how scandalous Miranda looks wearing it.

Yeah actually I'll be on Skype too...um...if you'd like to talk about it. ( That came out more awkward than need be.)

I can let Babi and Miss Rose know too. Rachel is busy I think.

Don't worry though. Rachel and I were making the exact same type of...fangirl...posts...about the...content.

SO EXCITING.

Yey! It's always fun to chat with other Miranda fans :)

Anyway, add me up on Skype! It's the same as my BSN username or you can PM me yours. I need to sleep for now, but I'll definitely take you up on that offer to talk about it. I need to release all my emotions!! lol

Why couldnt she join shepard on the normandy. I thought that would have been a great achievement to reward gamers to recruit a former Mass Effect 2 squad mate obviously Id pick Miranda and then she finally be at the memorial wall scene at the end of the game which is more fitting name than Kadin

I'm no progammer, so I can't say for sure, but I imagine adding Miranda as a permanent squadmate so that she would be in every subsequent mission would either be very difficult, tricky, or expensive to program, as it involves inserting her in EVERYTHING else.  It could have also been a data problem, i.e. far too big or complex to patch, and the DLC was already huge!

That said, I too was very happy how the Miranda scenese turned out and am very glad they took the time and effort to create those special extra moments for all the Mirada fans!

I was hoping for an actual scene like the squad romances get on depart to Cronos, but I can't say that I actually disliked the content.

Actually it was really lovely. Waking up with her in the morning, seeing her happy was kind of enlightening, what this DLC did good for the Shep couples was providing hope for a future together. The Casino scene was just the cream on top of the ice, nice to see her redressed and nice to give her a "normal" date while you can.

I'm going to do another run, where I will video EVERYTHING Miranda related and post it on YouTube like including what the clone says about Miranda, her dialogue with crew members, and the waking up scene.

Darn...I missed some of the Miranda stuff...specifically this: "Her conversation with Jack was very entertaining! Miranda teasing Shepard while dancing."

Are these after the group photo? That is where I am. I could have swore I went through all the scenarios. I did see one where you could have Glyph make food or shuffle cards, or something. I picked food. Not sure if there are different scenes.

Well, I just found out now that the interactions are different based on whether you picked a quiet or an active party. I chose 'active' and made them go louder and rowdier through each phase! hahaha Thanks for pointing that out, I'll do a video of each one too.

I did those before the group photo. Interesting how I didn't get that option with Glyph...

Let me put this way. In November 2011, I got uber excited because I read the spoiled script and found out that there were options beyond just destroying the Reapers. In fact, I got even more excited because I found out that BioWare inserted the one option I REALLY wanted, Control. I wasn't too pleased that it required Shepard to die, but I'd live with it. As you can probably guess from my signature, this is the option I tend to take.

However, those Miranda scenes have made it very difficult for me not to metagame for the Shepard lives ending. That little bit of additional content between Miranda and Shepard exclusively, without all of the extraneous details getting in the way, has made it very difficult for me to choose Control any longer. Last night, I destroyed the Reapers for the first time. Who wants omniscience, omnipotence, and immortality when Miranda is not there to share it with?

I was a synthesis advocate, until I took a Miranda to the heart!  Skyrim, reference fail. I know cheesy hahaha

Now, I'm content with destroy even if I killed my other favorite... EDI :crying:

Yeah, I chose entertaining...then, had glyph tone it down.  Then, you get the option to make food or play cards.
It looks like the scenes are branching...lol.  Multiple playthroughs??!!

I must add, Miranda LI is the first one I have tried to play through and I was amazingly surprised at how good it was.  Only wish the ME2 squad was included on the main mission.  Would have been fun to have Miranda thrown in there to counter Brooke.

Trust me when I say it shocks me to write this. My favorite characters to roleplay are those who are attracted to power. They tend to be calculating and ruthless. As you can guess, I am not a popular choice for the tabletop. However, I simply could not choose power in light of what was offered from the Miranda content in Citadel. Well done Bioware.

Can I ask a quick question I was wondering when were you able to invite Miranda to the apartment? I am asking this mainly for future reference.
