I am really confused, can someone please help me out quickly here?
Im trying to trigger the scene with Miranda in the Casino but not sure how or when.
Is it before or after the clone mission and/or party?
And how do I trigger it (i.e. how do the message in the in-game inbox to trigger the naxpoint inside the casino)? I've been trying various solutions but not sure how/when or where.
Note: my playthrough is a maleshep with active Miranda romance.

This is after the clone mission, and you can trigger it before or after the party.

This is how you proceed. When you get back to the apartment after the clone mission, you'll find several emails waiting for you. Those emails either activate an invite option or an encounter on the Silversun strip. To get them all, do this:

(1) Read the emails, then do all available "invite" scenes.
(2) Do all available encounters on the Silversun Strip.
(3) When you return to your apartment, you'll have more emails.
(4) Go to (1).

Eventually, Miranda's first mail triggering the invite option will come up. After that, you'll need to do other stuff for a while before the mail for the casino scene comes up. All this will only happen after you've finished Priority:Horizon, and of course only if Miranda survived.

Miranda romance was the best.

I'm very glad I stood loyal to her. I was expecting something small, like in the vanilla game, but OH MY GOD WAS IT AWESOME.

Chose destroy ending just for the last speech. That should be the ending of the game dammit!

Well, to be honest, I turned the game off after that scene and assumed everything worked out fine.
