I haven't played it all yet since I don't have time right now but that said, funniest moments so far:

1. Javik, Shepard, and Blasto scene

2. Volus pizza delivery guy, calls Vega while on the mission

3. Glyph confusing the real Shepard for the clone, and obeying the clones orders

4. Glyph trying to negotiate a cease fire with the drones

5. Shepard getting bent out of shape and really wanting to kill the clone when he sees that he's messing with his stuff.

Anyone else catch EDI mention angry neighbors that complained about too loud music so she put they in a disposal unit or something followed by saying that was a joke. I don't remember it 100% but it was funny and creepy until she says it was a joke.

Anyway, the funniest part for me had to be when Shepard saw his hamster. "Oh that is SO not okay."

Had Wrex and Garrus on my team. They really are comedians. It was awesome. I never liked Wrex more than I do now. He has this deadpan humour.

EDI made a comment about being the least chosen squadmate. I wonder if BioWare has an actual statistic on that?

My absolute fave was when Glyph went onto the table and started blinking and in the background you here Javik say "it appears the drone is preparing to rebel" all casually. Laughed so hard

I loved the part where Joker was mocking Cerberus. There were so many laugh out loud moments, it's hard to pick even a handful.

On my playthrough it was Kaiden who said he never got picked. Interesting

For me it was: 

Wrex: I wanted to go

Traynor and her toothbrush, Traynor vs. her arch nemesis ("My shower is for winners only"), EDI's reboot on the way to the Normandy ("I'M OKAY!" :DDDD), Glyph's hijinks... man, there are just too many funny things in this DLC and I haven't even seen all of it yet.

Traynor's space chess scene was pretty funny as well.

So many incredible moments! Shepard had some great lines as well.

Liara: What do we know about these mercenaries?
Shepard: They have guns and don't like me?
Liara: That isn't helpful.

Miranda: Well we did bring Shepard back.
Shepard: And after, I cut ties to Cerberus..and started killing your guys.
Joker: To which we are very grateful.
