Meeting Grunt on the citadel, seeing the flashbacks of his friends breaking him out of the hospital(miserably failing and having grunt fall), climb the krogan monument, and throw ryncol at the csec shuttle, setting it on fire...pure brilliance.

It's cute, he's basically just a child, it was funny watching shepard cover for him from csec authorities.

In my game I never picked Javik. So in that scene Liara says "I wanted to go" and then Javik says "50,000 years and I rarely get picked." I seriously felt really bad about that, but I laughed because it was so true.

EDI made a comment about being the least chosen squadmate. I wonder if BioWare has an actual statistic on that?

On my playthrough it was Kaiden who said he never got picked. Interesting 

Another video I saw has Javik complain about always being left behind. I think the game is aware of who you take with you the least and has that person complain. Which is so awesome

Glyph in the archives was non-stop hilarity. Everything from it was pure gold.
When shep turns around to find the pizza delivery volus I paused the game to repeatedly ask myself "Did they REALLY just do that?!"
classic Javik trolling from beginning to end. "The drone is preparing to rebel." Lol...ahhh Javik.

The game already tracked which squadmates you had the least "relationship" values with (number of times talked to, number of missions taken on, etc.), it's how the game determines who steps off the Normandy in the epilogue (EC or not).

I think that whole part was supposed to be a subtle reference to the movie "The Hangover". 
I lost it when he threw the bottle of krogan liquor at the car, which burst into flames.

there were more than a few pop culture references in there,

Tali waking up with a mysterious tattoo, also from The Hangover *Hangover II to be exact*
Mercs shooting up the sushi bar, reference to Batman The Dark Knight
Barfight during your outing with Ashley, reference to Star Wars Episode IV

And those are just the ones I can remember

And...and...I don't know. Everything!!! Was grinning the whole time. Pulled an all-nighter playing the DLC. So hilarious!!!

Everything Garrus. Garrus and Wrex were my squad for the entire DLC. Kickin' it old school with the ME1 crew. Space Batman and Fat Head FTW!!!!

Glyph at the archives. The combat wasn't difficult because of the villians. No. It was difficult because I couldn't stop laughing.
