Wrex. Pure gold. Especially in the Archive mission "Oh sh*t, they got a krogan! Why don't we have a krogan?" "They still got that krogan!" "I'm beginning to think we sided with the wrong Shepard!"
Also, as always, some nice laughs about Javik.
Pizza Delivery Volus.
Sexual tension joke during the Miranda/Jack argument and Kasumi saying she'd record.
The goddamn motherfu**ing SHIFTY LOOKING SPACE COW having a better High Score at the arcade games than me.
Also, the arguments about the multiplayer, taken straight from BSN: "Random group never good."

Also, edit: Barla Von (Volus information broker, you know) having a better combat sim high score than Aria.

I haven't played it all yet since I don't have time right now but that said, funniest moments so far:

1. Javik, Shepard, and Blasto scene

2. Volus pizza delivery guy, calls Vega while on the mission

3. Glyph confusing the real Shepard for the clone, and obeying the clones orders

4. Glyph trying to negotiate a cease fire with the drones

5. Shepard getting bent out of shape and really wanting to kill the clone when he sees that he's messing with his stuff.

The entire DLC is hilarious! And I bet I won't see it all in my first run with it... since I forgot to finish Sanctuary, and I couldn't invite Miranda... Yeah, need to fix that, soon!

There are a lot of them, so I can't really pick a favorite.

Though, the elevator banter between Tali and Garrus was a good one.

Same with Tali and Javik getting really drunk.

EDI made a comment about being the least chosen squadmate. I wonder if BioWare has an actual statistic on that?

Interesting must be statistically based as i never use James and he made that comment for me.

I think so! For me, EDI told me she expecte me to take her [I took EDI to a lot of my missions]
and Ashley said she never gets taken anywhere...I took her to one mission and at that, it was an N7 mission.

Another good one for me was Tali imitating the sounds the Normandy makes. I just wish there was a behind-the-scenes video for that, as I want to know how many takes it took Liz Sroka to get those lines without bursting out in laughter.

The way Tali spoke about the resturaunt was the best IMO.

Even though she can't even eat there.

There were turians in the restaurant, so they must have dextro fish. They'd just have to put them in a blender for Tali.
