 Well talk about being in a tough spot yesterday after buying the new dlc i tried playing i got the redeem online code error , and when i go on ea support it has a wait time for over 240 minutes ... my power cycles every 60 minutes ... so i guess im either never getting through on that chat ... is there any solution i can try without going on chat

If you have the Collectors/Digital Deluxe Edition, make sure they give you a Online Pass (N7 Collector's Edition). I can't play SP anymore since they gave me the standard Online Pass. From Ashes is locked -__-
