I take it you played the dlc before Thessia?
I only ask because I did it before Chronos and instead of getting 'Grissom Academy line' I got 'doing a final assault on Ceberus'.

Yeah, I played the Citadel DLC directly after the Cerberus coup attempt. Admittedly, that was a bit of a mistake as it left Miranda and Tali's missions to do before I could invite them to the party. 

I may gib a later save and redo the Citadel DLC. Oh, what a shame, having to redo the Citadel DLC.........Not!

The chess game was hilarious. I think the best bit was the way the screen closed in to frame the two arch enemies in that fighter game 'VERSUS!' way when they said each other's names. The Citadel DLC in general has done some brilliant things in terms of cinematography and timing.

I didn't like the hot tub scene so much. Shepard just standing there outside the door felt almost as weird as when I clicked the wrong option on the Normandy (come on, how is 'That's it?' not the romance starter??) and Traynor started taking a shower with the door open, a few feet from her superior officer.

Unless Traynor is just secretly an exhibitionist, I'm starting to get the feeling she's trying to stealth seduce my FemShep away from her LI. Sorry Sam, I just like you as a friend.

that bothers me for 2 reasons

1 she is in a bathing suit (or bra and underwear but not naked)

2 it assumes my Shepard was staring at her when my Shepard has a much better looking girl

Sam seems to take great pleasure in making MaleShep and unromanced FemShep as uncomfortable as possible whenever she's given the opportunity. I got that sense in the main game so it's not surprising, to me at least, that this is continued in the DLC.

I agree their facial expressions gave me a smile

Its interesting they show more of Sam in the hot tub then when she is in the hot tub with femshep.
