When you are threatening brooks and the clone you have 3 renegade chances. The last one involves throwing them out of the airlock. When you say that and Javik is with you he says "finally".
Never laughed so hard.

The "ahem" scene with the pizza guy was hilarious as well!

Javik after te party thinking being in this cycle was all a dream then "wait. I smell primitives! It was not a dream at all" *grumble grumble*

There were too many of them.
During the party, Joker talking sarcasticly about Cerberus, Zaeed and Garrus trying to secure your appartment, Wrex and Grunt fighting, an even more drunk Tali.

But one that stood out for me, was at the Normandy, in the elevator from the cic to the cargohold:

Wrex: 'Remember all those years ago on the citadel, I asked you who would win in a fight between you and Shepard?'
Kaidan: 'Uh, yeah, I kinda hoped you'd forgotten about that one.'
Wrex: 'Oh, don't feel bad, because in a couple of seconds, you're going to have your answer.'

Glyph's attempt to reason with the enemy drones was pretty funny as well (which means something coming from me, since I normally can't stand Glyph).

I actually did have proper team rotation (this was my Let's Play save, I actually kept a tally-sheet for the squad mates so I could ensure roughly equal coverage for all of them). Yet Ash and EDI still said this, since you can't make them all exactly equal, so somebody has to be "least picked" even if it is by just one mission.

-Shepard having a discussion with one of his squadmates about how he says 'I should go' while they are trapped in a pod thing with no way to get out was hilarious
-also the party had lots of funny moments.
