Lots of great ones have been mentioned already, like grunts little party with buddies. Few I have not seen yet were katsumis little operation in the casino and talis singalong surprice (if romanced). Maybe the tali one was not that funny but she certainly has very dramatic singing voice. I think it worked great in this case

This one was one of the few that had me break from a constand smile to laugh out loud.

The best part of this DLC was that the squad finally, REALLY felt like they had been together for a LONG time and been through hell and back.  All cracking jokes on each other.  And the original squad, from ME1, really felt like the senior class and acted like it.  Especially with Traynor in the kitchen with Garrus, Liara and Tali during the party.  Traynor was a little awe struck and they were all like "yeah, you know..."

Also, as they are all the baddest of the bad in the universe, the whole time they were mocking the mercs was just perfectly fitting.

I got it by picking the lower options in the dialogue throughout all of his scene.

Also no romance, least taken squadmate, and generally stuck to lower options with him (if any of those might have some effect)
