When Shepard fought his clone one of the lines where I had to pause the game because I bursted out laughing was when he told his clone. "Conrad Verner makes a better imitation of me than you ever will."

Also Jack making the biotic explosion sound effect.

I didn't hear that. ROFL!

I just now noticed this one: In the Cision Motors shootout, you can blow up some of the sky cars. Every time you blow one up, you hear the Volus inside yell out "Nooooooooooooooooooooooooo!"

Volus make for good comic relief.

She says that line while you're fighting the clone and Brooks in the Normandy's cargo-bay (when she said it for me, she was gunning down a Cat6 merc with her Crusader).

I just got it by playing around with various party settings. "Loud -> Loud -> Check In With Guests" and no Wrex or Javik (sadface), then at the last part he should be just sitting on the couch alone in the den. Seems kind of sad, really. Shep asks him about the music and then that happens.

Either Zaeed was feeling a little lonely or he's drunk off his a**. Either way, it was sweet.

Another funny one I got in the same party configuration was:

James: Booze and krogan. This should get fun in a hurry.
Ashley: I foresee many headbutts.
Jack: Ah, yes. The krogan high five.
