Alright, so I have a series of favorites. Everything with Grunt is great in the Citadel dlc. I love the part where Shepard has to clear Grunt's charges:
"Tell the nice man you're sorry you set his car on fire." - Shepard
"I'm sorry I set you're car on fire." - Grunt
"And?" - Shepard
"...And I won't do it again."
Then later, if you're Fem Shep:
"I love you Grunt." - Shepard
"Hehehe." - Grunt

Also love the part when Grunt gets drunk and starts saying things in the shower like, "I'm a sad Hanar who can't wear sweaters." Getting Tali drunk is equally funny:
"I got an omni-tattoo." - Tali
"Where?" - Shepard
"In the lower reaches, near the bottem. Hehehe, I heard that one from Liara. Jack said you'd love it." - Tali

Before you fight the clone, if you have Javik and Wrex (might not even need Wrex) with you:
"At times like this, there is an ancient saying among my people." - Javik
"What?" - Shepard
"Kill him." - Javik
"Catchy. I like it." - Wrex

Finally, I love the part during the party where Wrex and Grunt are talking. You walk up to them and they start having a competion to see who can say "Shepard" the most. They're all awesome.
