So this DLC is getting a lot of praise but the big question is does it top what was considered by fans to be the best DLC pack which was LOSB from ME2

There is so much to laugh about in this, I also really liked the plot, plus: The aftermath of this DLC was the closest to ever having a tear in my eyes from playing a video gaming/ watching a movie. Have to go with Citadel.

Citadel, easy win.

Best DLC of the series.

And this is coming from a guy who loves liara and LOTSB and most everything ME2.

Citadel by far.

Shadow Broker for the main story, Citadel for fun. It's kind of tough to compare them because each one is trying to do something different.

Citadel will probably win because everyone is still high off playing it at the moment.

That said, Citadel, but not by tooooo much!

Story wise LOTSB wins by a mile. As for extra content Citadel. Level design is good for both but Citadel has more to explore. It loses a lot of points because the conspiracy story was horrid. Loved the M-7 Lancer, can't wait to use it in MP. I wonder, can u get it in SP w/o purchasing Citadel?

LotSB had better story and better combat, but overall I still like Citadel more. Squad mate interactions trump everything, and LotSB only had Liara (any other squad mate would be silent as with all ME2 DLC).

The Citadel

LotSB only had superior plot. But when it comes to characters the Citadel wins by a mile:
- romance gets expanded with all characters
- Thane (listening to his messages, the funeral and speaking to Kolyat agian was sad in good way)
- Miranda and Jack finally receive justice in their romance arc (don't know for Jacob)
- small things (Blasto appearance, hooking up Garus with a chick, Samantha playing war chess...)
- party is awesome and it really brings all these characters together and they all have great banter

Most important thing however was that Shepard can finally say goodbye to all his squad mates. These people are not just his brothers and sisters in war, they are also his friends and my Shepard cares about them and vice versa. The last scene when they are looking at Normandy and photo scene brought tears to my eyes. I was 100x times more satisfied that they focused on characters rather then changing the ending. Regardless of the ending, all those hours i spend on entire trilogy was so good that even the ending couldn't have ruined it for me.

Thank you Bioware for this wonderful trilogy.

Citadel. Shadow Broker is too Liara-centric for my liking.

LoTSB: at least it had some story to it and a level of connection to the main plot and lore. It wasn't my favorite piece of dlc, but it was good. On the other hand Citadel is only a "hippy-trippy" fan service dlc to me with tons of cheese and cheap cliches... oh and the story part is horrible and uninspired. The whole thing feels like a cheap excuse for all thos juvenile and in most cases forced squad banters and remarks. It feels extra out of place and makes the whole team look like a bunch of adolescents out on vacation.

For me, Citadel DLC ranks behind Leviathan, LotSB, Omega and the Extended Cut. I prefer proper story content over fluff, and Citadel's story part, while OK, was nowhere near the other story DLC.

I consider interaction with the crew just as important as lore, and there is soooo much of it after the Clone missions.

SDo i really have to go with the majority of this one.....ey? maybe i should say no to just be different...but of course i would not possibly say 'no' when it has so much more meat on the bones...i do not know how much greater and to op is this question regarding both the mission and the reunion/ romance exploration./ etc?

I still think LotSB is the best DLC of the series. Citadel is pretty awesome (haven't finished it completely yet) but LotSB saved ME2 for me, so yeah, it just still feels like I got the most out of that one. :-)

Citadel... Yeah, I love Lair of the Shadow Broker, but Citadel beats it! Since, you know, humor... Citadel is hilarious... especially that scene with the toothbrush...
