In ME2 we know that the VS is angry at Shepard, but no real reason is ever given. It's just "you know what Cerberus is" "I can't trust you" blah blah blah.
What if they said their reason relates to the VS choice in ME1, where they trusted you to make the right call and the VS survived because of your choice, while the other died. They got over the death of the non-VS because you convinced them that you did the right thing, you made the right call.
NOW, you're back and working with Cerberus, clearly a *bad* choice, a bad call... and it's causing the VS to doubt saving them on Virmire was the right thing to do, and THAT is why they are so angry and mis-trusting of you.
I thought this up like a second ago and it makes sense. This is my head canon.
Here is a reason why the VS could be upset at Shepard in ME2
