Ok Patrick Weekes has gotten back to me on twitter, he says if You are doing it before Cronos is unlocked (i.e just before Horizon like me -my pre Cronos save has disappeared...), then you need to do a mission for the next 5 characters to appear.

RIGHT. I have one N7 mission left, will do that and see.

That makes sense. My save was with Cronos the only thing left to do, so that'll be why they all unlocked after one another.

Kasumi definitely didn't show up on my map, but you find a suspicious device on the side of one of the gambling machines in the main central area of the casino. Grunt definitely DID show up on my map - and I got an email from C-sec asking me to go meet him prior to that. Jack I haven't met, because I apparently needed to play in the arena first.

Cortez should email you, then you meet at the top end of the Silversun strip, close to the apartments entrance. If you haven't gotten the email, then:
(a)maybe play through some of the other invites?
(b)do a mission if you have any left other than the cerberus base?
©maybe you need to have completed his conversations in the main game, up to and including the scene in the nightclub?

I explained on the previous page for somebody, you may have missed it. Basically, there's a device attached onto one of the gambling machines in the Casino. If you activate it, Kasumi's scene starts. It was early on for me - I don't know if it times out or disappears. You get no email though, and I don't think it shows up on the map, although I could be wrong.

Sha'ira was present during the "mingle with guests" portion of the story, but might still be at the casino afterward. I hope so for your sake!

I haven't gotten the Kasumi thing but someone stated already that it involves finding a strange device beside a quasar table.

Shai'ra was just sat at a table in the Casino - it was during the actual Casino mission for me though. She was one of the people you could "mingle" with. Far wall, behind the Quasar machines, on the same side as the roulette (not the side with the varren racing).

Oh, right. Just remembered I never found out where Cortez was in the nightclub in this playthrough. Thanks, I'll go talk to him.

I'm curious, if you romanced an ME2 character, do they meet you at the car lot? I romanced Garrus, Liara, and Tali on various playthroughs and was curious if Jack, Miranda, etc would show up at the car lot if they were the LI.

Mine was bugged. I missed out on EDI's content as well as calling Shep's mom. I clicked on "Invite EDI" and Kaidan showed up. Clicked on "Call Mom" and Traynor (iirc) showed up.

Here is how you do it: For whatever reason they decided to make scenes "unlockable", meaning that in order to get the full story content you have to a) win at the combat simulator play the arcade fighting game, and possibly the shooting on the left of said shooting game. The rest of it you get automaticly.

Did you go to the Normandy an then come back and see if the option for Wrex appears?  The cell has to "reset" in order for the prompt for Wrex to replace the prompt for Joker.

And in response to someone else's question, all living squad members (with the possible exception of Mordin, as he's dead in my game and I haven't been able to check), plus Cortez and Traynor, show up at the party.  And if you have all of them there, there are some REALLY hilarious scenes (at least if you let the party go crazy).  Some of my favorites are:

--Catfight between Jack and Miranda, where you can resolve the situation by telling them there's sexual tension between them and that they should make out (sadly, they don't capitulate)
--EDI trying to get Traynor to look at synthetic pornography, with Tali desparately trying to change the subject
--Hungover Grunt in shower mumbling
--Zaeed trying to get with Samara (and failing miserably)
--Joker laughing for a full 40 seconds at the fact that Shepherd can't dance
--Drunk Zaeed, Javik and Garrus shooting at stuff out the window (they don't actually shoot anything, but it's implied that they are)
--Convo about whether being physically fit/having biotic abilities is better
--Kasumi looking through Shepherd's underwear
--Grunt acting as "bouncer" vs. people trying to crash the party
--Jack tabledancing
--Glyph breaking out the bowtie
--Wrex and Grunt headbut fight

and too many others to name.  Seriously, I must have spent roughly 1.5 hours talking to all the characters/mingling across all 4-5 "rounds" of the party, at least.

I don't think there is.  The bar scene is it.  Kadain only has the invite and no bar scene as far as i know.
