I dont want to have to do the entire dlc over again so im wondering if anyone knows.

I did an N7 mission after the dlc ended and more emails came up.

Good question. I assume you must do them all before the party. But luckily, you can leave and come back after finishing the plot, you're not locked into the DLC anymore, so you can always put the party off till you've met everyone in the main game.

Yeah, you don't have to do the meet up before the party, I do all mine after the party.

could you tell me how to get them to trigger? I got James, edi, javik, sam, garrus, and zaeed but I havent received any more emails and I looked all over the strip for encounters but none are there.

Can you come back to the apartment after the DLC? Can you invite people, or have a second party with different attendees, or does the content lock out?

Jacob and Grunt's meetup showed up for me after the party - I didn't get the mail from them until after I was back on the Normandy. One of them mentioned how crazy the party was, so I'm guessing there's not a set order, it just may adjust the conversation a little.

If you're talking about meeting the others like Miranda and Jack. You must make sure you have done their story missions inside the main campaign. Like if you want to meet up with Miranda, Sactuary have to be compleated first.

 Yeah I did all there missions and met up with them on the citadel prior to the dlc but im not getting there meetups. Didnt even get Tali's who is my sheps romance.

Yeah, my Vega conversation had him talking about looking forward to the party. I'm assuming he doesn't say that if you've already had the party.

You can come back to the hub, including the apartment, any time you want.

The party only happens once, but can be done at any point. Feel free to leave, go on missions, and do whatever else you want. You don't have to throw the party until you're ready. (The individual invitations for all the characters who ask to get together with you are completely separate, and can be done either before or after the party.)

If you return to the ship, you should get new messages to meet people at the apartment or somewhere on the strip (if you have missions left to do before Cronos, you may have to do one before you'll get new messages; you may also need to visit with some of the people you already have messages for first). They don't all come at once.

Well for Jack you must do one game of the area for her email trigger. As for the others, theirs usually trigger after you leave and come back to the apartment. Wrex doesn't have a email, I think he's in the casino after the the mission and before the party.

My invites got a little bugged (scene I would get was mismatched with who I invited) after I tried to do one AFTER buying the party supplies but BEFORE throwing the party. So I would recommend doing them before procuring the supplies, or after the actual party, but not in between those two things.

I did the "whole" DLC and returned to the Normandy, only to find that I had new messages from Jack and Miranda. I also discovered mentions of content I did not see, so I presume a mission has to be done to unlock different "waves" of Citadel DLC content.

I played from my save just before the Cerberus base assault do I have no more missions I can perform. Has any determined how many batches of content there are so I can catch everything on my next playthrough?

Truthfully I haven't found him myself, but I've been told he's in the casino before you throw the party.

Hello: I had the same problem.  Please make sure that you have completed all of the other meetings with tali wherever else on the citadel.  Probably this applies to all other characters as well. I had forgotten about meeting her once in the commons and that delayed my invite. Thank you, DL

Though during Samara's one she said "We didn't get much time to talk at the party.", the party I had not had yet.

Yes! I'm glad for this, thank you. I'm going to get Shepard's apartment early on this time around--right after I get Tali, but progressively hang out with everyone and only do the party right before I hit Cerberus. Perfect.
