Yeah I found Joker but not Wrex.  Not sure why. 

If you found Joker there then the next time you come to the bar, Wrex will be there.

My game is pre-Cronos Station, I finished the Citadel missions, and now I'm waiting to throw the party.

I've met up with every squadmate in the apartment and around the casino, except for Jack and EDI.

Nothing I do will make the emails trigger. Any hints?

I've tried going back the Normandy and coming back, done several matches in the Armax Arena, and even loaded another career then reloaded this one. Still nothing.

Help is appreciated.

I managed to get Jack's meetings. Somehow, on this playthrough I had managed to forget to visit Jack in Purgatory. The thought occured to me earlier, but I thought, nah, I'm sure I did that. But nothing was working so I went down there and sure enough, Jack was there.

Still can't get EDI though. I talked to her in Purgatory too, as I guess I forgot to do that in this playthrough as well, but I've neglected to do something else with her somewhere I guess.
