And it got me thinking... Of how this all began and where it ends. Of how much I was once into it and how almost completely indifferent I am to it now. The creative team behind these games were once as demi-gods in my eyes. But it is all so clear now that they have feet of clay :(

I've gotten every DLC they released thus far, (except The Citadel) but none of them come remotely close to the Masterstroke that was the Lair of the Shadow Broker. The return to Eden Prime, Leviathan and Retake Omega all felt like they should have been included in the game, to start with. The Extended Cut was a step in the right direction.

If this is the last time that we will step in Commander Shepard's shoes; I still feel that thier is some unfinished buisness. There are things that need to be said, people who need to get called out. I have another thread titled: "Bioware would you please give Commander Shepard his balls back!?"

The EC was brilliantly incorporated into the game and we need another... An Extended Cut for the Romances & Relationships. Being able to tell the Virmire Survivor to take a hike or come aboard, was great. But what I still find to be so aggravating is that you can't do the same with James Vega, Garrus Vakkarian and Tali Zorah.

Vega has no plot relevence after Mars. Garrus has no plot relevence during the entire campaign. Tali has no plot relevence after the Quarian/Geth War is over. Yet for some mind boggling reason the player is prevented from telling them to GTFOMS.

Now don't get me wrong I'm not saying Shepard has to be a douche bag when and if you decide to reject thier request to serve on the Normandy, but you should be able to tell vega when you first get on the Citadel after seeing the Council, that he's been reassigned to Hackket.Freddy Prinze Jr. did a great job as the his voice actor but Vega's attitude and mouth is a deal breaker for me. He's a good soldier, but he can go be a good soldier somewher else.

Garrus Vakarian: Shepard should have the option right after Garrus says I'm with you. (on Menea) "Garrus no. Your people need you. They need Archangel now, more than ever.

And Tali... Dear sweet wonderful Tali. Well, I have quite a bit to say about her, but that's for another thread. Suffice to say: She presumes to much. Her "I'm coming with you." speech. Quarian please... What I imagine an angry, righteously indignant Shepard saying to her after Tali's betrayal Is something like this:

"Tali Zorah nar Rayya, you know, there was a time when I thought of leaving you and your people the Normany if I died. There was a time Tali, when you were a hero, a friend and ally to me.But then you discovered that your people were going to go to war against my greatest ally aganist the Reapers and you neither informed me of this or warned Legion. You know its funny... Ashley and I once had this talk where she told me of how she believed when the chips were down our alien allies would abandon us and care for only what's in thier own people's interest. I didn't believe that. I disagreed with her. But God rest her soul, she was right about you Tali!

I want you to understand this. I am glad that I was able to help your people and save the geth. But there is no place on the Normandy for you. What you did is not a thing that I can easily forgive or quickly forget."

And then Shepard get's up and walks away and returns to his ship.

What troubles me about ME3 apart from the lack of a 'Conventional Victory' Ending is so many things left unsaid and this sense that people don't know where they really stand with Shepard. Are we cool or not? And this should not just be left up in the air. i want to let alot of these bastards know exactly what I think of them and I don't t think I'm the only one that feels this way.

No no. Shepard needs Garrus. Normandy needs Garrus. Garrus must never leave the ship.

Garrus is far too important to leave.
