I'm just about to start the Citadel DLC, and I was wondering up to what point do I need to take the conversations/interractions/missions whatever to get people to show up.
With certain squadmates it's obvious that I need to do their missions in the game, like Grunt, Kasumi etc. But what about Miranda? Do I need to finish Sanctuary before she shows up?

Yes you do. Just finish everything pre-TIM's base honestly
Or even do Priority Earth and treat the DLC as an epilogue if you wish

PRETTY sure you can't do this as Shep is either dead or gasping at the end of P:E
Before the Cerebus Base is really the LAST time you can do it.
