I got the e-mail from Kolyat, but there's nothing in my journal and no marker on the map. I looked around but can't seem to find anything.

I looked around my apartment too. I didn't find that option. Where exactly is this?

Edit: I tried the message terminal but didn't find the option. I'll reload. Maybe it was a glitch. Thanks.

Edit 2: Found it. I thought that icon on the left was the icon to investigate the squad, like my terminal back on the ship.

I felt a bit cheated after Thane died. My female romanced him, went to his bed side, finds out he died and then nothing. A photo would have been nice to see on Shepard's desk maybe with some flowers. have her look at it before the final battle.
I shouldn't have to buy the Citadel DLC...
