Okay, that was kind of a cheap thing... I gifted the nug to her in Orzammar and there was a small cut scene, but when I headed back to camp, nothing happens - Liliana is even out of conversation. I even left and came back - the Nug is just there... no name, no nothing. Its kinda sad.

Even if I am in a romance with her I can't get the nug for her. Is it a glitch in the game or what but can any one help me?

i think you have to talk to leliana when you first enter orzammar about what she knows
about the place .
She will then tell you about those 'cute rodents'
My experience with Leliana is that when you do things to late the sidequest wont work anymore.
Its the same with her personal quest, if her approval is to high she will never mention it.
