I've been getting this error off and on since Jan 1.
Leads me to ask 3 questions:

1. Anybody know how to remedy this?
2. Does this affect anything while playing the game (solo/off-line)?
3. Does this affect being able to see any new "downloadable content"?

2:: Doesn't effect you playing

3: Nope, you can get the dowladable contents

It's the worst one I have, so I figure they will get it fixed in time
