Vanguard was a ****. She kept using biotic charge and nova on me. That is MY method. So weird seeing her use my methods against me.

I know exactly how you feel.

That makes me wonder, what would happen if 2 Vanguard Sheps charged each other at the exact same time?  Probably cause the universe to explode and destroy all Reapers in the process.

I'll tell you what happens in the game...RealShep wins :P Fake Shepard and I spent most of the battle Charging into each other like crazy red-headed bumper cars, and 90% of the time I staggered her first even if our animations started at the exact same time. I think it might be because everything goes slow-mo when you start a Charge, so even if we began simultaneously, her animation was still slowed down. So. I win!

I don't play as a Novaguard, but seeing FakeShep fight that way was pretty fun, even if she cheated and did Nova like 5x in a row without pause. B***, I know your shields don't recharge THAT fast.

Still though, hands-down my favorite fight in the whole trilogy. I felt like I was actually fighting myself. I burned through all of my Medi-gel too just because I was absolutely determined not to lose to that poser.

Ascension Shepard: The clone is joined by clones of the other 5 classes.

Vanguard Shepard on Insanity. That NovaCharge spamming ****! And she could actually use Charge to travel, not just attack. Clearly CloneShep is Shepard PERFECTED.

Fighting a vanguard Shepard clone was a pain in the ass. That douchebag was using charge and nova on me over and over!

One thing I don't understand is this: if Clone Shepard is from ME2's Lazarus Project, why does he / she have your class from ME3 if you changed it? I can only assume that is what happens, though.

The Sentinel Clone was strange, he had a lot of powers that I did not, like Incinerate and non-Lift Grenades. Fun fight, though.

For people doing the Armax Arena, Kasumi is the best squadmate. Overload and Squad AP Ammo, and doesn't die extremely easily like Garrus does for me. Alternatively, I used James with Squad Incendiary Ammo and used Throw to detonate Fire Explosions.

Vanguard

Infiltrator was pretty easy as Clone shepard can't learn to Cloak-shoot spam or Cloak-sabotage to stagger-shoot or cloak-shoot-grenade spam

I'm pretty sure that changing Shepard's class just retcons the whole thing and the change is not actually reflected in in-game lore. Similar to appearance. How else would everyone recognize Shepard at a drop of the hat if you've changed his/her face completely?

Vanguard. Doesn't obey cooldown, doesn't obey no shields = no nova.

Edit: Also doesn't obey wraith fire time.

Edit: **** doesn't know how to nova cancel.

Man, vanguard was awesome. I beat her much like I beat Vasir. By charging harder and faster than she could!

Her little buddies gave me headaches, though. Thank goodness for Garrus and Tali.

story mode Vanguard by far, playing in combat sim was weird because the characters played weird like an adept, engineers, and infiltrators rushing me and my crew, while sentinels and soldiers hiding, vanguards did both

I've only faced Sentinel!Shep on the ship.

Based on how they fight in Armax Arena, I'd have to go...

6.) Infiltrator
5.) Soldier
4.) Sentinel
3.) Vanguard
2.) Adept
1.) Engineer

Infiltrator stays out of the mix, only occasionally casts a power, and for some reason doesn't dole out much damage from the sniper-rifle. I basically ignore him outright. Soldier is only a moderate power (Carnage) spammer and the Valykrie is not awfully overwhelming either.

Sentinel's power spam is nasty, but the shotgun is a non-factor by just keeping a distance. Vanguard was the worst for me 'til I figured out how to avoid charge. Stay in hard cover, and he pretty much makes himself an easy target. Gotta take him down quick, though, because you can't move 'til he's gone.

Adept and Engineer are nasty with the power-spam, grenades, and N7 Hurricanes. It's basically a push between them given identical weapons and functionally-identical powers. Engi gets the nod because he has that drone to top it all off.

If you are fighting your mirror it is easier as the clone has a "weakness" in Brooks. He'll use up his medigel reviving her.
So my tactic is usually 3 on 1 vs Brooks or 2 on 1 vs Brooks while 1 other take out cat6/keep clone busy, once out of medigel, 3 on 1 vs clone.

If its the N7 Armax Arena, it really depends on a bit of luck. More than once, my Shepard has found hinself on the receiving end of "combined" attacks, eg; Infil clone sniped, Adapt clone warped and Vanguard clone charged ... all attacks landing approximately at the same time. Those are usually almost immediate "retries" on Insanity.

They are all hard, depending on the class you are playing.
Infils might find it harder since cloak does not seem to affect *their* targeting.

The mirror match they're all just beastly hard. But I've only done the 1 on 1 thing with a vanguard, infiltrator and soldier shep. And to be honest. I think the Soldier Shep was pretty tough. Infiltrator was tough but pretty simple and vanguard wasn't tough at all once you close the gap and just focus on the clone.
