I was so excited for them when they first came out but both Phoenix characters were disappointing, just not much synergy to their powers

Excuse for my ignorant but I never thought he was this bad. Outclassed by every Vanguards.

I don't think he's "bad" per se...but compared to the other VGs he is left in the dust.

I fell in love with the vorcha and female human npc in the DLC.

I agree...giving him lash was a poor choice, and his HP/Shields are too low for the kind of risk you need (plus smash isn't as viable on most maps as it is on Glacier/White). But on the other hand, he has the single hardest hitting power in the game (using the power damage charge evo).

Yeah, couldnt agree more. His signature power has no invincibility frames and shares cooldown with the charge (on a kit with low health and barriers - good job bioware!). Why bother with him with the all other vanguards are some competent and can deal so much damage by the time he cancels smash with a melee.

They even boxed the Room of Shame in Glacier, so we cant spam the smash there. Which was done after putting a ridiculous CD on the smash. It is time to reclaim the original PV back!
