 Specifially the meet-ups . I have done pretty much everything met up with certain people twice but, the only the only one that haven't asked to meet up are Wrex, Tali and Liara . So do I have to do a few more rounds in the Armax Arena or what?

I *think* both Tali and Liara are only invited to the apartment, I'm not certain, but you may not meet them elsewhere. Again, I could be very wrong, I played those parts around 3AM so everything is a little fuzzy.

Yes that's what I meant I didn't get the msg from them to invite them up:)

For me I was able to get more emails from them by doing a mission after the dlc was over. Do a mission, get emails, meet up, and repeat.

No need for a mission, just get to the Normandy and check if you have new messages there.
