Nice to see that Spacer Shepards finally get a chance to reconnect with their mother in ME3 thanks to the CItadel DLC (Hackett's lone mention of Hannah's fate later in the story wasn't too satsifying in the vanilla game by any means).

What did everyone else think of it?
(and did either Colonists or Earthborn Shepards get any exclusive content like that too?)

I usually always go with spacer, but I figured earthborn fit my character more. I didn't get anything special, except for the dialogue in the council archives which changes based on your background.

Hmm played the DLC last night on my Spacer and didn't get the message. I wonder what triggers it.

I had to go in and out of my apartment a few times (meeting people, playing at the combat arena and arcade, etc) before I got a "new message" notification, which had her message to call her at the private message terminal.

I think you may have to get the conversation about her with Hackett too.

It's a very nice touch...
Also she ends the conversation with "I have to go!", that's Shepard's mother for you... :P

Loved it myself. Hannah gave off such a "mom" vibe in both her e-mail and the phonecall that it just sold it to me. Little Shep liking to make up stories with their mom (specifically about being a captain of a ship who went out on daring space adventures in order to save the day) was a cute touch.
