Okay, all of yesterday I was having problems installing the game. It kept saying that I only had part 2 and needed to download part 1 despite having downloaded both several times. Seem to have fixed that by making more room on my Hard Drive.
But now the game is freezing/crashing as soon as I enter the galaxy map to go to the citadel. I know the DLC is installed because I now get the message for it in Shepherds Terminal. I read the message, go to the map, and get stuck on a black screen. Please someone tell me what I should do? This DLC is just a mess of problems.

I have the exact same problem! Got email from Hackett about shore leave on the citadel, went to galaxy map and screen goes blank and won't load! Any ideas why? Even loaded an old save file and still did the same thing. Bit annoying!!
