It's weird. By the time I did all the meetings that took place outside, all I had to do was exit the apartment and immediately enter it again to get new messages. Whats even more strange is that I didn't get a message from Joker but I was still able to see his story-which was so hilarious I might add-so I wonder if you even need a message to have their stuff activated.

The only thing though is that I never got a message from Wrex, nor did I happen upon a thing that said, "Wait for Wrex." Does Wrex have a personal moment like everyone else, and if so could someone tell me where it is, because I was expecting it and it was disappointing that it never came.

Also, after buying all the party supplies and when you go to invite everyone, there is an option to invite all. Just in case someone missed that.

You meet Wrex in the exact same place that you find Joker in the casino, and yes, Joker doesn't invite you.  You also don't get a notification for Kasumi (suspicious device in the casino), or Zaeed who is playing the claw game in the arcade.

I simply wasn't spending enough time on the strip to allow for the various characters to email me. I figured this out last night and managed to get a group photo with 17, including Shepard. I am at it yet again trying to real in the last two, Tali and Kasumi, assuming 19 is the magic number. I did have Tali on a separate play through, but that was before I took my time to enjoy the shore leave. I won't stop playing this dlc until I see all that can be seen, and even then I'm sure I'll miss something.

You might be better Youtubing. You're going to have to go through a HELL of a lot of playthroughs to see every little piece of content that could be seen. Way too many variations depending on who you romanced, how you decide to do the party, who you decide to invite, what party members you take with you, what point in the game you do the DLC, etc. Bioware really took their time cramming as much content as they could into this one, I really have to give them credit. I can't imagine how exhausted the voice actors must have been after recording for this DLC.

I will keep it up until I'm satisfied.  I'm trying hard to avoid watching YouTube. :)

I'd be ok excluding Zaaeed from the party; I never could quite understand what he contributed to the game. Javik too, but as mentioned above, his encounter is funny.

Zaeed may not add a lot to the game, but his content in Citadel and particularly the party is hilarious.

Agreed, his content was funny, especially by the painting at the party.

I caved and watched a couple youtube videos, and now realise i really haven't seen much. Crazy how much content is potentially there. Good DLC.

I'm still missing just Miranda(My ME2 Romance), and Samara. I don't know why I wake up alone at the end of the party since I've slept with Liara in ME1, and after the shadow broker's mission in ME2. I disliked waking up alone in that dlc since I've been spoiled with so much content on youtube, of seeing traynor in the hot tub. which is somehow do-able with male shep(which i'd like to know how for obvious reasons.) Luckily I'm only missing those 2 people, but regretfully I can't get that waking up alone in bed within my apartment alone. Though I still saw some hilarious things, for example the fruit shop datapad, and overly-examining the casinos waterfall. I only decided to check the waterfall due to thinking the casino's AI might actually be a VI. >:D

I believe there's also content for Zaeed if you invite only him to the party (there are people that show up immediately without inviting like Vega but if you only invite one person, you get a different dialogue with the one person that was invited).

Assuming you met the characters during the course of the game and have completed their storylines and they are still alive, what seems to trigger the scenes is simply doing stuff in the strip.

I got Kasumi for example, after I went back to the casino and both jacob and zaeed after I actually played those specific games once.

My character has also woken up alone 3 out of 4 times. The one exception was Liara, but it wasn't any big deal. When I play the saves that I thought I was with Miranda, I end up with something between Liara and Ashley, which is happening on my current play through. I haven't really seen any of the romance scenes, and I figure that would take me too much time; I'm just trying to get everyone possible in the picture at this point. Still haven't found Kasumi, but in my current game, I have everyone available for the party. Traynor will hop in the hot tub if you get her message to stop by for a visit. Just keep popping in and out of the apartment to explore the strip. Or even head back to the Normandy or other places on the citadel. It took a little bit of time for her to send a message in my current game.
I like the comments that Javik makes about eating the lesser races in his time. :)
