 have spirit healers as enemies in da3 they heal there allies/revive allies when hurt/dead, forcing you to focus on killing them first before killing the others, but there allies will be protecting them so you have to come  up with a strategy to get past them.

Sounds like a reasonable idea. Origins did have mage enemies who would heal their allies, but I don't think any enemy but Wynne has been a Spirit Healer (unless you count Anders in DA2) in DA.
