Depends what it is. It is overpowered so it should be but I don't want a duration nerf because that will simply make it more tedious to play or play with on your team, without really doing much unless it is extreme.

After what happens to the Krysae I really hate Nerfers. You remember the Krysae right? No not that awful POS now but that awsome Carnage cannon when it was released.

However weapons are one thing powers... Much different. Like the Stim Pack power on the Havok and TGI the RM needs a change. Nothing drastic, its duration is the only thing needed to be changed. 22 seconds of 0 fear??? Reduce it to a max of 9 and it will still be fine without being E-Z mode.
