if u beat the game will u still need it to play DAO awakining or will it import over to it?

If you beat Origins you can either import your previous character or make an entirely new on that hails from Orlais.

Yes,you want to save your media,other characters and re-installs.Odds are good you will be able to play everything from the expansion media.MOST game expansions call for you to have the most recent disc in your drive.
