Yes.
Right-click on the game in Steam, and pick "View game CD key". You should see between one and three keys, depending on which edition you bought and when.
The 20-character long key with no dashes in it is your main game key. Register it on this site with under the "Register Games" option under your "Profile" menu.
The 16-character long keys with dashes (if you have any) are your bonus content keys. Use them with the "Redeem Promo Code" page on this site, under your "Profile" menu.
There's also some more Steam-specific information on Steam's Dragon Age forum.
