Ok, like all games that follow a story line, then get DLC added, it becomes something of a jumble. ala Fallouts sometimes. What is the best order to sequence this game in if you were to start a new playthrough? Saying the the main story is run like- begining, assualt, ending. Adding the DLC by name, time to start, and order.
Lets see who the ME Master who can do this.

The DLC integrates itself so seamlessly into all three games that there is no pre-determined time you SHOULD play it. It's all up to you, this IS the Mass Effect universe, so do things the way you want to. Everyone here is going to have varying opinions on when to do so but, in the end, you're the master of your own game.
