I accidently skipped joker's gun talk scene because I had to replay the party so I could invite individuals up to my house before it started.

So as I had already talked to everyone at the party the first time, I skipped a few conversations to end the DLC.

But then I realized, will any of those choices to support joker vs garrus, or liara vs james does that affect anything else on Citadel or not?

Nope, no changes to the Citadel DLC whether you pick the options or not. They're just there for different character perspectives I suppose! Still good though

Actaully some of the choices do effect scenes

In the Biotic vs Physical arguement

Siding with Biotics gets Liara lifting james in the next segment, Siding with James gets a push up contest.

LOL. Don't worry about it. You mad the right decision the first time. Joker really should have some combat training.
