I downloaded the DLC 2 days ago, and was waiting where I had a full day
off to play. So I get in, and it said I needed to download part 2,
which I had. I thought, ok, I'll just download it again. Now, it's not
letting me. Every time I go to re-download it, the progress bar
immediately jumps to 99% and says "download complete" even though it
didn't download anything. I checked my hard drive to see if it was
there, and it was, only it said it was an incomplete download. So I
deleted it and tried downloading it again - and it keeps happening.

So now it's not letting me download it, and I can't play it. I'm on XBox by the way.

Has anyone else had this problem? How did you fix it?

I would try downloading Part 1 again I guess.
