If I remove the DA:O registered in this website, can I register it again in the future? Or will the UPC/CDkey code be like "used up"?

I got both PS3 and PC versions registered, but I got my PS version like 2 months before the PC and all I see in my profile photo are the PS3 dudes. Somehow the PC dudes won't show up in the photos but they do in the persona page. I was gonna try to unregister the PS3 to see if it is the problem.

That will not solve your problem. The avatar selector can display portraits from only one persona and there is as yet no way to specify which.
