I don't mean 'best' or 'most efficient' in terms of actual gameplay, because there are plenty of ways to boost score that aren't actually optimal for the team. I really do mean the class you play when you want that top scoreboard ****. Every now and again, there's a player that's clearly scorewhoring because he's annoyed at being outscored, and sometimes, it can be fun to pop in the next round and say 'urdoinitwrong' just by being a way better score**** than they are. It's also kind of nice to do if a buddy in the lobby is trying to relevel.
For me personally, on Gold, it's the Drelldept. With his speed, he can make it to spawns and ammo boxes faster than most. With area reave and cluster grenades, he can get killstreaks all on his own, will decimate mooks entirely while making a big dent in most mid-level characters with the grenades and the BEs. What he doesn't kill, he'll still at least get assist points on. Reave is hitscan and works at any distance, so it's easy to tag enemies that someone else kills. The DoT effect is also annoyingly good at stealing kills. With his speediness, you can do objective wave scorewhoring and the objective itself. I've scored over 180k in a lobby with friends with the cracked out adept.
On Platinum, I don't really know. GI is probably a good bet, but I don't play a lot of Platinum.
Note that I'm not talking about ignoring objectives or revives. I won't put the match at risk of failure just because I want all teh epeens for myself. Don't go hating. I just mean when you want to show up some PUG that's clearly scorewhoring by being way better at it than he is.

On Gold, it's the offensive specced Geth Juggernaut. On Silver, I haven't bothered to see which of my half-dozen or so characters works best for topping the scoreboards.

The best i've done was a recent game with a Valkyrie+Talon, platinum. I scored a 336k, knowing that my previous bests were around 230k with Vorcha flamers. I guess any good biotic/flamer user can do very high scores in the right situation anyway.

I really don't know. I am fairly decent with many classes. Haven't really thought about the one I dominate with though. If I had to pick I would have to say Turian Soldier, or one of the Asari Adepts.

But to answer, Asari Valkyrie is my scorewhoring class, but I really enjoy playing with her.

Everytime I have played with the Huntress, I feel like I have scored higher than I feel I should have. My try hard classes though are the DA with grenade capacity V and the GI with the Piranha and Armored Compartments.

I don't care about my score too too much... but when I am constantly having bad pug after pug, I will slap on my TGI just to see if I can drag through a game and get some credits. If that doesn't redeem the next game, I will usually just take a break..
