I don't know of any walkthrough. If you mean the first dungeon, IIRC, you should have a book listing the different Summon Animal spells and their relative spell level. Use that to find out the order in which you need to touch the heads.

For example, Summon Animal 1 summons a badger I think, so the badger head (if there's one) should be the first.
