I have 2 bioware accounts, 1 with mass effect 2 + dragons age 1+2 and a second with mass effect 3 and swtor

I want to enable games tied to both accounts to a single origin account so that I can easily access all games and dlc through origin.

Please help, i've been waiting for an EA service rep to pick up the phone for over half an hour now
