 My two top favorite parts where Grunt in the shower and Javik with a hangover.  I thought the part with Kasumi going through Shepard's underwear was kinda creepy but, funny.  Then again, Kasumi's part in the party overall was great.  Start energetic and talk with Joker, Jacob, and Cortez (I think) and Kasumi de-cloaks in the middle of the group doing crunches.  Keep the party energetic and talk to James, Liara, Jacob, Jack, and Ash/Kaiden (maybe Miranda but I'm not sure.  I started the party right before hitting Sanctuary)  and she de-cloaks right behind James.  She also shows up when you talk to Garrus, Tali, Traynor, and Samara (I think I'm forgetting a couple of people) at the beginning of the party and she de-cloaks right behind Traynor.

DAMN IT KASUMI!!  WHY WON'T BIOWARE LET ME ROMANCE YOU?!?! <_<

Grunt the doorman. There are so many brilliant moments in this dlc, but that one really had me laughing.

Javik on the quiet/calm party was pretty great. Zaeed and Garrus, as well. Figuring out ways to booby-trap Shepard's apartment.. The quiet party combo also provides the "Shepard..Grunt. Sheepaarrrd..GRUUNT!" dialog, which had be rolling.

Grunt as the doorman for the loud/loud party was funny, too. Over all I found the calmer party to provide the more natural and humorous situations.

Zaeed rigging the hot tub was pretty awesome. Also pretty much everything Tali and Javik do. They can't hold their drinks very well.

The one with a curious EDI, a horny Traynor, an embarrassed (and poisoned) Tali. Especially since my Shepard was in a romance with Traynor and was quite interested herself in her girlfriend's fantasies.

Also liked that Traynor was immediately searching for the human/synthetic porn on the extranet the next morning.

I also got a nice laugh out of Wrex, Zaeed and Javik, sitting or standing in cover with their guns drawn. They just looked so... paranoid.

The party and the aftermath were stacked with amazing and funny moments.
My favourites were Garrus and Zaeed figuring out how they could boobytrap Shepard's apartment, the whole "Shepard. Wrex. Shepard. Grunt. Shepaaaaaarrrd" conversation and Joker remembering the times when Cerberus used to be incompetent, commenting on that it was when Miranda and Jacob used to work for them.

The whole "make out already" dialogue with Jack and Miranda was pretty great, too. It actually isn't that hard to read their constant bickering as belligerent sexual tension.

The Garrus/Zaeed home defense tour was one of the best things about the calmer party, right there with Wrex/Grunt/Shepard.

During the party, I feel sorry for Tali during the sex talk between Samantha and EDI.

jack doesn't get a hangover either, something about her overcharged Biotic amp
also, how do you get the scenes with the hot tub, everybody keeps talking about them but I haven't seen any videos.
