When it only affected health, you would still see people casting it towards fully shielded and armored Pyros.

Except for Shepard, only Asari use Singularity in Mass Effect single-player.  In ME3 Multiplayer, only Humans use it.

EDIT:  I just watched the video, and holy carp is that funny.  I don't know if the funniest part is the Tech Armor guy or the guy making fun of the RNG store.

that is AWESOME. Really funny how much they put into the background conversations, Turian tech armour was funniest.

And the bit where asari complain about drell doing heavy melee in between waves, and him adren mod running to steal grenades
