Heavies firing the Revenant one-handed probably the most bad-ass class. They were also quite tricky before I figured out that the Sentinel's overload ability destroys the shield (I had just assumed that they were prettified guardians who are immune to most powers).

For mirror matches, consider that the clone doesn't get bonus powers so pick the cheesiest combo.

I actually found it fairly hard against the CAT6 guys with a Soldier class. Lacking overload or any biotics it was pretty tricky against the Heavies and running out of ammo in the restaurant scene required a restart.

I don't recall any Heavies in the Ambush / Sushi part. But the trick was to use Adrenaline Rush to get headshots with the Suppressor.  Makes it a lot more ammo efficient.

Energy drain vs. heavy's shield ?

Black widow X and Hurricane X w/AP ammo make most boss fights pretty easy though.

I think the problem I had initially (first play at it) was not realising the CAT6 troopers spawn endlessly until you reach Brooks. I was expecting them to stop so I foolishly camped and then ran out of ammo. Wasn't Heavies in that scene, just an inability to do anything when I'd exhausted my ammo with a soldier.

Ah.

In my first game I revived Brooks as several more Cat6 guys were flying in, but they just disappeared and the cut scene started :)

Just started the DLC, so I have not played the Arena yet. Playing as a Soldier.

Those CST6 Heavies are a pain in the behind. Did not help that I was using some pretty lousy weapons. I never did like the Revenant. Armor Piercing mods did not seem to help much.

Can you fight the CAT6 guys in the Arena?

Sadly not it seems. I had a good go through it yesterday. No CAT6 option. Fun to fight Collectors though.

Use the Suppressor on any Cat6 operative.

But the heavy is of course the worst if you don't pay attention and let one get the drop on you. If you are heads up, the drone spammer is the most annoying.

For Mirror, Vanguard is the most irritating. I don't know which power spammer I find most annoying, most of the power spam is the same outside of Charge and Nova.

I love the fact that the Mirror faction uses powers a lot.

Damn that is kinda lame, was hoping for new enemies as a challenge.

The heavy gets my vote just for being everything the Cerberus Guardian wishes it was. It was kind of startling how much more durable they were.

I was surprised too, until i realised what overload did to their shields.
